Nicole joined Hudson Gate Partners in 2013 and is Head of the Hudson Gate Career Advisory practice. As head of the Career Advisory practice, Nicole advises individuals on career transitions, tactical approaches to job searches, and any other pivotal career moments.  Nicole previously served as Head of Client Relations at Hudson Gate Partners for four years. 

Nicole brings a unique insider's perspective and experience to her current role. As the former CAO of the Global Investment Strategy and Wealth Advisory Groups at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Wealth, a significant part of her role included management of the group's interviewing and hiring, performance management, compensation, and other human resource functions for both investment and non-investment professionals. Prior to her CAO position at Lehman Brothers, Nicole worked in Interest Rate Products in Lehman's Fixed Income Division. Nicole was a frequent panel speaker for various networking and recruiting events and was appointed the head of the Harvard Business School recruiting team at Lehman Brothers. 

Nicole began her career in technology consulting at Andersen Consulting and also worked in business development at Enron. 

Nicole holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Liberal Arts from Dartmouth College where she graduated summa cum laude. Nicole majored in Government and minored in Russian. She also participated in study abroad programs at both The London School of Economics and The University of St. Petersburg.  She lives in Hingham, MA with her husband and two sons, and enjoys yoga, cycling, tennis, skiing, golf, and volunteering in the greater Boston community.
