Alina Paskhaver
Alina joined Hudson Gate Partners in 2023 as a Director of Infrastructure and Administration. She brings over a decade of search experience having serviced clients from many types of industries including financial services, advertising, and technology. At Hudson Gate, Alina recruits for family offices, banking, and asset management firms in all business areas, particularly private equity firms and hedge funds.
Alina started her career as a technology recruiter for investment banking and then moved on to overseeing a MSP program at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she was responsible for the placement of 200+ consultants. The latter half of her career was focused on digital advertising recruiting — an emerging and highly competitive field.
Her approach is taking the extra time to carefully listen to both the client and candidate to form the right “marriage” between the two. Alina is passionate about DEI recruiting and is proud to have placed hundreds of diverse candidates. She also prides herself on providing a stellar candidate experience and building relationships.
When she is not recruiting, Alina enjoys spending time with her son and husband. A lifetime New Yorker, she now resides in Hoboken, NJ, where she enjoys the gorgeous city views! Alina’s hobbies include dreaming of sushi and taking long meditative walks in her town.
Alina holds a BS degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
