Jayne Sosland
Jayne joined Hudson Gate Partners in 2024 as a Senior Recruiter on the Infrastructure Team. She has over 10 years of experience as a recruiter with a particular expertise in creative recruitment. At Fazzina & Co., Jayne was in leadership role across both the recruiting and new business development functions. Earlier in her career, Jayne was an internal executive search professional focused on hiring senior roles across all of the companies owned by Limited Brands. In addition to her recruiting experience, Jayne holds a real estate salesperson’s license and has worked across the functions of real estate sales, acquisition, and management.
Jayne has a BA in Philosophy from Barnard College and an MFA (Master of Fine Arts) from Columbia University.
Jayne is actively involved in multiple philanthropies in New York City. She is on the Advisory Board of both The Time In Children’s Arts Initiative and Impact 100. Jayne lives in Manhattan with her husband and two children.
