Ryan has 15 years of executive level recruiting in IT, Data Science and Machine Learning. In addition to his expertise with building our technology teams at top hedge funds and private equity firms, Ryan also works with clients that range from Fortune 500 financial institutions, leading healthcare organizations, and high-tech startups. Before joining Hudson Gate, he founded Mindshare Executive Search, as well as started the Healthcare Data Science vertical out of the nationwide recruiting firm ThinkingAhead.

Prior to his recruiting career, Ryan was an account executive for two global biotechnology companies working with the C-Suite, top academic researchers, and laboratory leadership to enhance wellness through cutting edge biotechnology and automation.

Ryan lives in New York with his wife, son and daughter.  He has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Biology and Business, and a Masters in Science in Biotechnology, also from Indiana University.
