Dawn joined Hudson Gate Partners in 2016 as the Head of the Infrastructure Practice. She has deep expertise in Accounting, Legal/Compliance, Human Resources and Operations Executive Search. Dawn is also the co-Head of the C-Level Executive Search Practice.
Dawn has over 20 years of recruiting experience in the Alternative Investments area. Her expertise ranges from C-level to junior searches in the hedge fund, private equity, and family office space.
Dawn has been instrumental in building out the infrastructure and middle office departments for a number of top hedge funds and private equity firms. As an infrastructure expert and trusted adviser, Dawn brings a highly consultative approach to her search work, advising on a range of topics from compensation to department design.
Dawn began her career in Accounting at Lehman Brothers, and then moved into Mortgage Bond Sales at Merrill Lynch for many years. Prior to joining Hudson Gate, Dawn started and managed the Alternative Investment group at a New York City based executive search firm.
Dawn received a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MA in Counseling from New York University. She is an active volunteer for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, a cause very dear to her heart.
