Rowan Rose
Rowan joined Hudson Gate Partners in 2023 as a Director. Rowan has over 5 years of experience in recruiting for both non-profit and corporate organizations.
After graduating from Duke University, Rowan joined Teach For America and taught underserved students in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She continued to serve marginalized youth in San Diego before pivoting to a career in education recruitment. Rowan’s first role in education recruitment was as a recruiter for Teach For America. Subsequently, Rowan moved into a role where she managed school leader recruitment for a network of 22+ charter schools across the entire United States.
Most recently, Rowan was a Senior Recruiter at Stitch Fix, where she led recruiting efforts for the merchandising, marketing, and UK departments. In the role, she improved upon recruitment systems, partnered and coached hiring managers, and created internal professional development sessions to help other recruiters improve upon their own practice.
Rowan holds both a BS in Economics and a BA in Psychology from Duke University. She lives in San Diego, CA with her husband, two children, and corgi dog.
