Hillary Fonseca
Hillary is the Head of our Administration & Support Practice, and also the Head of our Consulting Services & Temporary Staffing Practice.
Hillary has over 15 years of recruiting experience in the Alternative Asset Management space. Hillary focuses on Middle and Back Office Accounting, Administrative, Finance, Operations and Human Resources roles. Her positions span all levels of expertise across Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Family Offices, and Banking. Throughout her career, Hillary has successfully built various divisions and offices for both start-up and established firms within the recruiting space.
Hillary began her career in Accounting and Finance within Financial Services. She later started her recruiting career working for large national firms helping them restructure their divisions and build-out their offices across the Greater New York City area. Hillary has also helped smaller recruiting firms significantly grow and reach sale or acquisition.
Hillary holds a Master’s Degree from Temple University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.
